Return Process

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all fragile home goods are properly padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
